Kris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy.

Kris has over twenty years of experience working with individuals and families in distress. She specializes in family systems, addiction, trauma, relationship and brain based therapies working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are abuse, trauma, addiction, heteronormative and culturally diverse family systems, men's and women's therapy, and LGBTQ+ issues.

Kris has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training in Gottman Method couples therapy. These interventions might be the thing to save your relationship!

Kris is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.
